For GroupBuy Campaigns: Towards the bottom of the campaign page look for a section titled “Factory Lead Time”. In this section is the lead time for the campaign once it funds and closes.
For store orders: Your order will ship within three business day unless otherwise noted. Some items may have a lead time such as the FLIR Boson. Thermal Cameras require documentation to be filled before we can ship your order. The required documents will be emailed to you.
Shipping: Shipping speed will vary by delivery location the service selected. Shipping speed estimates will be provided at checkout. Delivery time can be affected by customs which is out of our control.
