For group buys:


If you would like to edit your order before it has been charged by GroupGets follow the instructions below:


  1. Log on to GroupGets
  2. Click your username/email on the upper right of the page
  3. Select "My Dashboard" from the list
  4. Click the "Orders" tab
  5. Click "Edit" next to your order (if you do not see "Edit" then your order has already been charged, contact us by email contact@groupgets.com if you would like us to edit a charged order)
  6. Edit whatever you would like to change
  7. When you are finished editing, click "Place Order" (this is not creating a new order)


For GroupGets Store:


If you need to change an order placed in our store (store.groupgets.com), please create a support ticket with your order number and what you would like to change on your order.
